Clary Sage Oil?

Has anyone heard of or tried clary sage oil to help bring on labor? A friend of mine told me about it today and said when you rub it on your belly it helps bring on contractions naturally. Just curious if anyone has had any luck with it before! I think you can mix it in bath water too.

I googled(of course) & there's not that much information on it helping induce labor. Some say it can, but I saw more information on it easing menstrual cramps. And I'd definitely only try it full term because like most essential oils & herbs, it isn't safe during pregnancy.

I'm 39+5 and been using it for weeks either in bath or with a carrier oil for a massage and it hasn't done anything, don't think it was worth the £10 I spent on it (10ml) bottle

I used it last night and had a few contractions but nothing that says labor . I only used one drop in a carrier oil though . Be careful with oils they can be dangerous . Always use a carrier with Eo's .
