Doc put me on Zoloft
I had anxiety for years. It's common in my family. While pregnant I had bad anxiety due to a lot going on and my fiancé nearly died and ended up temporarily handicap.
After birth his mother was concerned I was becoming depressed but I didn't feel depressed. I actually felt quite happy despite my lack of sleep. I was just constantly worried and hovered over our son. I did however agree to see my doc. I'm on a low dose Zoloft and maybe it works. I still worry but not as much. I'm still quite happy and in love with my family.
