It's been 6 weeks and my SO just isn't getting invested in parenting with me. I teach and have the summer off so I'm home with him all day but even when my fiance gets home he just wants to play video games or drink or go out with friends. When he does help it's only when I give him explicit instructions. Like he has no clue what to do and I get that but he doesn't even try to help with diapering or cleanup or bathing or anything. And now when I tell him what I need help with he gets mad and says i treat him like a child. Is anyone else having this issue? Any advice as to how I can get him to help out without having to tell him what to do all the time?
