The way they work is that you will start getting lines and eventually one or more will be as dark (or darker)as the line already there. The first day that you get the dark line is the day that you O sometimes it can stay dark for a few days.

Why is there always a line? I have got many tests with no line too. I am on clomid cycle...

They are all negative. The test line has to be as dark or darker than the control line.
