4d scan

I have decided I'd like a 4d scan at some point but I don't know how long to wait, they are about £90 near me and so I want to do it when the baby will look fully developed and not too terrifying! On my ultrasound it looked a bit like predator. Any one else considering this? How many weeks do you think is a good time? X
