Has anyone ever use a low dose steroid during ivf?

Has anyone used a low dose steroid durning ivf? Doctor says it can help make embryo stick. Also may have me do baby aspirin with it as well? Let me know if anyone has tried this. They are oral steroids. Also did it help?

I have autoimmune hypothyroid and any autoimmune condition means you're at risk for other autoimmune conditions. We've been TTC for 16 months and the steroid possibility was mentioned as a way to deal with autoimmune infertility. We're trying a few other things now but it's definitely a well known course of action under certain circumstances. Does your doctor suspect autoimmune issues? The baby aspirin my doctor has given to me as well.

Yes, prednisone. I think it prevents your body from recognizing the embryo as a foreign object and rejecting it

Yes.  Medrol (aka methyl prednisone).   For 5 days just before embryo transfer to calm my immune system.
