Having a veterinarian for a husband has its perks!

Hubby's a DVM, I'm a CVT, and he owns the hospital we work at. Brought home the portable ultrasound last night, I got bored this morning and decided to play around with it. Admiral Ackbar's heart is still ticking along and he's wiggling around like a fish! 10 weeks today, which is farther than the one last year made it and the other 3 miscarriages I've had, so definitely provided some much-needed reassurance. Have had ultrasounds at my OB every 2 weeks since we were 5 weeks along, next one is Thursday but I've been having really sharp pains so I've been a bit paranoid. 3 of us at work are pregnant, all 10 weeks apart, so losing another one would be very difficult. We actually have a running joke that it takes my husband 10 weeks to rebound since it's all 3 of his surgery techs who have gotten pregnant after spending all day every day in surgery with him --one by one he's losing all his help! LOL!
Keep wiggling little fish!
