When is it time

Hello all.
I had a miscarriage on Monday at 10w5d and now I'm wondering when would be a good time to start trying again. My ob said she would recommend waiting until I have my first period but that it is really up to me and I can start trying whenever.. what are your opinions?

Whenever you feel emotionally ready to try. There's no medical reason you have to wait. Doctors just prefer it so it's easier for them to date the pregnancy. It's entirely up to you and your SO to decide when you feel ready. I had a MC at 7 weeks back in May, I'm curently 6w4d with our rainbow, we decided not to wait for a cycle so I just tracked ovulation. Take as much or as little time as you need xx
