Please Help!

My boyfriend and I were together yesterday and he began fingering me, we did it on and off all day, and he was fingering me pretty rough. In the evening I went to go to the bathroom, peed, and saw blood on the toilet paper. What the heck? I have been fingered plenty of times. We have never had VAGINAL sex. But we have fooled around before. My last period was on the 16th of June and ovulation is now and at the end, but I have egg white cervical mucus. Is this inplantation bleeding?! What the heck?? I am afraid one of the time we have fooled around semen might have somehow gotten inside of me.
