My boyfriend and I don't actually have sex. He doesn't penetrate but his penis does however rub against the vaginal area (not inside the vaginal opening) and he uses a condom. He ejaculates but we use a condom just to be sure I don't get anything on me. If we ALWAYS use a condom and don't actually go inside is that still safe? Does anyone else do this?

We don't go all the way in because 1) we're still young, and 2) don't want to get pregnant in the rare case a condom broke.
