Weird feeling at the back of my throat?

Feels like I just finished something cold or taken a vitamin that got stuck in the throat kinda metallic taste almost... the feeling is sometimes accompanied with liquids coming back up my throat; not quite puking... is this acid reflux? I've never had this before (I'm 27 weeks pregnant and it's the first time I get this feeling)

^^ sounds about right. I get it all the time and it's uncomfortable. I tried taking peptobismol and it works wonders!
