Little white dots?

When will his little white dots go away? I don't mind them cuz they're super adorable but I'm just curious

yes they will.. my son had them when he was  born.. some people call them milk deposits lol but it's pretty much just clogged pores.. it does go away tho and isn't anything to worry about

My baby is almost clear of them and she will be 3 weeks on Tuesday.
