Red dots. On breasts.. Input appreciated

So I've been having these tiny red dots on my breasts since I'd say 7 or 8 dpo. The spots are not itchy but I have been feeling itchy all over and also a little light headed. There are like 10 of the dots on my right breast and a few on the left. Currently 12 dpo. I am having a little pink spotting today so I don't think this is pregnancy related anyhow. Does anyone know what this could be?
