Chasteberry tea/fertility
Hey all!
So my period is sometimes irregular (every month I'm about 2 weeks late). My obgyn suggested I start using an ovulation test, which we are starting this month. I also read something online about using chaste berry tea to get me regular & to make sure I ovulate every month. Anyone else ever try this tea? Open to all suggestions other than this tea. Thank you :)
