Exactly when do these newborns stop sleeping so much?

Hey ladies. Just wondering when these babies stop sleeping so much. I feel like I barely get him fed and changed and he's wanting to sleep again. Dr said to start tummy time but at this rate he's just gonna sleep through it. He's currently 16 days old.

With my LO, it was about 9 weeks. He still sleeps most his morning but then awake most the afternoon

Omg my 3 month old has seriously been up a ton since about 5-6 weeks old ! He's up a lot through out the day. Only takes like two naps during the day.

I think around 9 weeks I was noticing my son was up a lot more

About a month old both of mine were starting to be awake for an hour or so every few feeding and it slowly got longer and longer
