We had our 20 weeks ultrasound Friday and found out we are having a boy!! The excitement went away quickly when the doctor told us he has a choroid plexus cyst, a cyst in the center of his brain. He swears there is nothing to worry about because many babies have them and then they go away by week 28, although it can be an indicator of trisomy 18 or 21. Everything else on the baby was completely normal. I'm looking for other moms who have had the same thing, I'd love to hear your stories! I'm so worried and cannot hold back the tears.
