Okay so I'm on the pill and yesterday my bf put his dick in me for about 10 seconds without a condom but didn't cum in me and then later on that night I was about a hour and 30 minutes late for taking the pill could this get me pregnant??

The chance is very very low if you have been on the pill for over a month. The only time taking a pill late would be an issue is BEFORE having sex, not after. And if he didn't cum inside you, the only thing that could happen is leftover sperm from the last time he did cum being carried out by precum.  If you have been taking your pills on time (or at least within an hour of "on time") leading up to this, you should be fine. :)
