Confused on when my period will start

I had my baby on June 17th and I've had cramping yesterday and today I had a c-section but I've been bleeding but it's very light bleeding. But the cramping is feeling like period cramping but idk if I started or not because I've been bleeding since I had her on the 17th so idk if tomorrow I'm still gonna be cramping or not but if I am I'm just gonna take it as my period starting but I'm just confused with my body idk if I'm on my period or not right now I hate that I'm getting it back though but I'm going on birth control by the end of this month though but I just am confused really.
