Any thoughts?

So my cycles are 28 days. I'm currently on CD18 AF due Dec.11. Have been getting +opk's since CD14 & today I have been feeling a bit crampy mostly on my left side & lower back pain. Could these be ovulation cramps? Am I over thinking? Any thoughts?

Im about the same as you, AF due Dec 12. I know I'm overthinking everything, so I try positive affirmations & hopefully they come true! Good luck!
