What do you use when on your period

Just wondering what everyone else uses and what their personal preference is.

Sometimes I need to use a tampon and a pad on heavy days lol. It's annoying!

Diva cup all the way. I like how I can throw it in when I leave to work in the morning &  take it out after getting off work to find it not even filled up all the way. Less bathroom breaks & no more having to be paranoid about leaking.

Also like the idea that I don't need to stash a pack of tampons in my purse.

I use a cup, especially if I'm going to be away from home for some time (work, party, ect.) there's less trips to the restroom for equipment changes and less worries of packing enough because the cup can stay in longer. Overnight, I use a pad because the position(s) I sleep in sometime causes the cup to leak. I prefer the cup, when inserted correctly it isn't noticeable and I can easily forget it's shark week, as opposed to feeling awkward and always having to do spot checks.
