Pill, rod and 👶🏼

Here's the low down, I've been on the rod for almost a year now, my doctors also got me on the pill at the start of this year to stop the bleeding out I got the entire time. I know that on the rod you may ovulate 3 times, and I did the other month. But recently over the past couple of weeks I've been having the exact same symptoms I had during my first/only pregnancy. The spewing of a night, cravings for weird foods and smells, the emotions, the lower back pain, frequent urination, occasional ovary pain etc. But as of 3 days ago my rod has been hurting so bad.
