19 days late!!!

Af was suppose to show up 19 days ago, I've ad 28 day cycles since I can remeber and I'm now on cycle day 42 I believe. I'm still getting neg test and I have pregnancy like symptoms such as very much increased appetite, sharp pains in lower abdomen that are constant but seem to surprise me every time and I'm very bloated to the point where family and friends have started to take notice. Can someone grieve some on-site on what might be going on?
