4 month sleep regression ...

My son is 4 1/2 months old .. & For the longest time he was sleeping throughout the night no problem.. But recently he has been waking up 3-4 times throughout the night, he flops his arms around, kicks his legs & moves his head around . So i pick him up & either cuddle or nurse him back to sleep.. But then he ends up waking back up shortly after... Ive also noticed he is VERY distracted during feedings lately , i keep the tv off & ho to a quiet place in our house, but he always finds something to look at other then boob.. Weather it be a curtain , or pillow or wall ..
