Help... primrose oil question.
Hey girls! I am wanting to take primrose oil the entire end of my pregnancy. I heard it helps you to not tear as bad and that it is all around great to use. Have any of you taken it? And I also would like to know what brand you all used for "insertion". Was it just the same capsules that you take orally? I'm 32+5 and wanting to prep as much as possible.
