Confused - help

I have been dealing with this guy for almost a year now come next month. We just recently started sleeping together and now my feelings are more n stronger than before. I am confused because I don't know how he feels or where we stand because he isn't very vocal and not sure if we're on the same page. He tells me I'm only supposed to be dealing with him sleeping with him etc. I have been cutting woke off a d being confused is causing me to fall back from him. So what should I do?? Help please!!
