Period or implantation bleeding??!

So I got my period November 2nd- November 7th , and me and my boyfriend have been trying to conceive for three months now.. And on November 27th I spotted for a couple hours then bled with cramps for 3 days. And it went it away??! My next period should be November 4 ?! Any answers !..

Implantation bleeding can last upto 3 days but has less blood than in a period it will be light pink or dark brown. It won't be a constant flow. So u cud be implantation bleeding. Wait for ur period date if nothing go to ur gp.. Get a test. Xx

If it was more than just spotting once and lasted 3 days I would THINK (I'm not a doctor so I can't say for sure) that it's an early period. I don't think implantation bleeding would last for days.
