I got a Mirena IUD in March 2015. I know it takes time to let your body adjust to it, but it was causing me a lot of pain during intercourse so I had it removed 7 months later and went back on the pill. Well the problem is that I still get some slight pain when my husband and I start to get intimate, but before sex. Is this normal? Could it have caused damage that would prevent me from getting pregnant in the future?
