Baby Acne

Hello mamas! I'm a first time mom and am having a hard time trying to figure out if my little 2 1/2 week old daughter has bad heat rash or baby acne on her face.

Wondering how to treat this condition or if I just have to let it run its course? Perhaps it's something I'm eating? I've also heard my hormones might be causing this.
