How seriously do you take tips from people who call your office?

My step daughters egg donor is on probation for getting a OWI 3 times the limit when she was suppose to be picking up SD for her 6 hour visit. We have full custody, but she is asking court for more time (she does this every time she gets a new boyfriend) but is still doing drugs and drinking and driving. She had a few hours of holiday visit today and when we got SD, egg donor was dressed to party, and SD says she was already drinking at some new guys house. Its a very VERY long story of trauma and neglect so before you tell me to mind my own business, my SD has fetal alcohol syndrome and reactive attachment disorder. I need this probation officer to see this situation for what it is and not the manipulation I know she is pulling on them. I don't know how she hasn't gotten violations yet but I'm fed up.

My SD is 8, this has been 7 years of court battles and she somehow still has unsupervised visits where daughter comes home re-traumatised. Any insight would be helpful....
