Your follicular phase can vary widely every cycle and 1 week to 3 weeks long is still considered normal. Based on your numbers you look totally fine :)

Your luteal phase should be 13-16 days and this shouldn't really ever vary from different cycles by more than a day or so. If it gets too short (10 days or less) it could cause fertility problems. Your numbers look great, except the first 10. If that doesn't ever happen again don't worry about it but if it keeps popping up I would mention it to a doc, especially if you're struggling TTC. It can signal implantation problems or hormone imbalances.
