Beyond sad
Went for an ultrasound today. They couldn't find heartbeat or even the baby. I'm so upset. I can't stop crying. Life is just so unfair sometimes. 😭 how do you get over this? 😭 I'm still going through the blood work but I just feel... Numb. Empty.
