First picture is the day I gave birth. June 28th. Weighing in at exactly 140 pounds.
Second picture is 6 days PP. July 4th.
Pre-pregnancy stats: 120 pounds, 5'9. 34A cup. Total guy body.
I'm now 130 pounds @ 6 days PP. 5'9 and a 36B!!!
I'm excited. I've always been self conscious about my body. Everyone kept saying "wait til you have a baby. Then you'll see your weight go up!" HA! I probably look better now then I did before! I didn't work out before or during pregnancy either! I will be now. I want to firm up my belly, because it is still soft. But I want to better myself for my baby. Anyway, I wanted to share my progress. Does anyone have any postpartum workouts they'd like to share? I'd be very interested' :)
