We're having an all natural water birth at home so thankfully we won't need to pack anything! It's a great feeling being around everything you need and not having to travel.

Pack light, you really don't need a ton of stuff. This is what I packed.
Chapstick-a must!
Cell phone/charger
Baggy sweat pants 
Nursing tanks, if you want to not wear their robe 
A robe from home-wish I brought my own
Your own slippers but they do provide non skid socks
Personal Hygiene stuff 
Going home outfit for you and baby
They provide disposable undies which are great and I recommend using them
No need to bring baby clothes since they will provide a snap up shirt for baby and trust me that's all they will need
They provide diapers so no need for those
