Upset with myself and confused. Bfp for 2 days but bleeding

I started bleeding this morning and at first it stopped. I feel like as soon as I sneezed 4 times (I have allergies) everything just went full force. I have AF cramps. My test yesterday was faint but today it got darker even tho I'm now bleeding. My period wasn't due for another 2 days so i have no clue what's going on. If it's AF I just wish my tests were coming back negative. If I am pregnant I wish I could just stop bleeding/cramping.

Anyone else have something similar to this and still be pregnant? And I don't mean spotting because this definitely isn't a few spots here and there.
