Nexplanon

I started nexplanon on March 19th, I was bleeding because I had just got an abortion that same day. The bleeding eventually stopped after a few days. Today's July 5th & I've been on my period for 46 days straight, not going no more than 1 hour without bleeding. The pms is horrible, I'm always nasueous, hungry, bloated, fatigue, mood swings etc. midol complete doesn't even help. It's not light bleeding either, it's really heavy with lots of huge blood clots. I know the doctors say you should give the implant some time to adjust to your body, but haven't I already given it enough time? If it hasn't regulated by now in my system will it ever? It's so frustrating, I can't swim, can't wear my Victoria Secrets cute underwear, & I can't wear certain colors🙄
