Fertility Clinic Questions to Ask

Hello ladies!

My husband and I have our first appointment with the fertility clinic on July 7th and I'm unsure of what we should be asking.

Currently I have one blocked tube and am taking synthroid for thyroid issues. My blood work shows the synthroid has put my thyroid at the right level. My husband has no issues with his sperm. My OBGYN said that she would do a laproscopy and that IUI is probably our next step. I had an HSG done in March.
