What piercing should I get?

I'm an extremely indecisive person so I need help deciding what piercing I want. I have 2 on each lobe, my left tragus, and my belly button. I was thinking a conch or cartilage in my right ear? Or my nose? Or my medusa? Sooooooooooo indecisive.

I have a helix and like it. It was half of my industrial but the front rejected the metal 😔

I dont remember what its called but at the tops of your ears hurts SO bad, js.. The piercing itself doesnt but the healing takes FOREVER and they always get caught in your hair. Mine took like a year to heal. Tey say its normal because cartilage doesnt heal fast (if all) goodluck :)
