Bowl issues :(

I am about 4w 3d. I've had diarrhea for the past 2 days. I read a lot that women get constipated though. I also have some cramping. It is not constant at all. But a cramp or two is pretty uncomfortable. Anyone else experience this? I am terrified of a MC. I know I need to be thinking postive!!!
