What vitamins to take at 5 weeks?

I am more or less 5 weeks and haven't seen dr i was just wondering on what vitamins I should be talking?! I am taking prenatal vitamins once a day at the moment 
What im taking right now.

Those should be fine until you see a doctor. The only thing I've ever had to up with prenatals is folic acid but that wasn't til later in my pregnancy
