I think marijuana should be decriminalized.

If people get caught I think rehab needs to be an option, because jail does nothing. It's a shame so many of our rehabs are money makers and a lot of mental facilities couldn't stay open. Now if they're dangerously making meth in the middle of a neighborhood or even an apartment that's different than a user & I believe they need the usual punishment of prison.

Also, other countries that decriminalized had a realization that since the government deemed drugs not illegal, many teens suddenly had ZERO interest and was no longer inticed to try them.

I'm left of center on this one. We shouldn't just decriminalize, but legalize all drugs. Tax the sale of them, and pump all that cash we're using on the so called "drug war" on harm reduction programs.

Well you get more revenue out of it. Because now you can fine for it, tax it, and make crazy government revenue. It's still dangerous though, especially since it's harder get instantly tell if someone is high than drunk (breathalyzer).

Legalize all of them, regulate them, and tax them. Use the money gained from taxes (and Colorado proves it would be a LOT) towards addiction help for those that need it, then the rest towards social programs like schools, Medicare/Medicaid, and other things that benefit society. What someone chooses to do with their own body is their business. Why not take it out of the hands of the black market, make it safer, and let society benefit from it? It's been proven to work in other countries, too, so it isn't like my stance is unprecedented.

Victimless acts should not be considered crime. Rape, murder, violence in general and stealing-those are the real crimes. It is not my business what people do as long as they aren't harming anyone, (mentally or physically.) 
Your life, your body, do what you wish-just leave others out of it.

The government shouldn't have a say in what an adult does to their own body. Decriminalize all drugs, and let people out of jail, if they are there for drug offenses.  This of course would NOT apply to violent criminals, who also have drug charges.
