UTI??

I've gotten a UTI 2 months ago and I know all of the symptoms now, ive had 2 before that one but those were about a year ago and I think I may be getting another one. Last night I started to feel an awkward pain in my vagina while laying down and when I stood up I felt the need to pee so bad! (I know I felt like this before when I got my previous UTI's) I don't know what it could be. I'm going to take a test to see but what could be the problem with me causing me to get these to much?
