implant and questions!!

So I have had the implanon (spelled wrong??) implant since May of last year, about 2 months in I stopped getting my period, and a few months after that I started having weird side effects (lactation) and still no period. at the time I was not sexually active. Now I am sexually active and was wondering if there is any way I could get pregnant and how to know since I do not get a period
