Has anyone with multiple children had a premature baby in the past and was proscribed The Makena shot for your next pregnancy?  this is baby #3 for me and I sadly did not read into the medication before accepting it .If you have had it or have heard about it what are your thoughts on it because reading the safety info on the shot is making me re think taking it. I've only just started taking it and had one shot so far.
