Major hip,back, and leg pains!

My second trimester has so far been ok, up until 3 days ago. I had a day of cleaning and since them ive been havs major almost extreme hip and back pain. It dies down but if i sit or lay down to long, then try to stand in walk yhe paon is bad. Does any one have any pain remedies or suggestions?
