Im not sure whats wrong with my son. The past three days he has been Grunting and Pushing as if he has to poop he turns red everytime & this goes on constantly through the day doesnt stop. He cries & whines the only thing that helps him is nursing him. He is EBF & almost 3 weeks old. He hasnt taken a good nap since this started happening. His naps are only about 20-30 min and he wakes himself up again. He has pooped twice today already. Im not sure whats going on but im scared for him and i havent slept because he is up all night.
