Logging following Ectopic

It is three weeks tomorrow since I had an emergency operation to remove and ectopic pregnancy and also my left tube was removed, it turns out we were 11 weeks along. However I had been bleeding throughout the last few months so I didn’t do a pregnancy test & I have logged what I thought were my periods. I’m not sure what to do with the last few months of logging, should I remove the dates of what I thought was my period or just start again when they turn up. 

It keeps telling me today is my period but obviously it’s not, so not sure what to do, thanks
