How long should I wait to have sex? I just got my wisdom teeth out, I know no oral but just regular sex, worried about heart rate

The day you get them just need to rest up the next day you'll be fine for sex. But I didn't not have sex that whole week pretty much I needed my pain meds and I'd be kind of loopy and get extremely tired. I just rested a lot during that time.
