Just diagnosed with stage 4

Amy
I was just diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis about 2 weeks ago when I went to have a laprascopy done for a hydrosalpinx (blocked fallopian tube). After surgery she told me that I have one underdeveloped tube, she removed all the endo that she could find plus a cyst, (I have pcos) and fixed my other tube. I'm still in recovery from the surgery, and am now worried about our chances of getting pregnant. We've been trying for over 2 years naturally with me tracking ovulation for over half a year. My husband is on vitamins for irregularly shaped sperm. I read somewhere that a women has around a 2% chance of conceiving with stage 4 endometriosis and that's with surgery! I feel mine is less than that with pcos, a deformed tube, and possible irregular ovulation. Just needing some hope that getting pregnant is possible. We can't afford IVF atm, and I'm pushing 30. 😢 I'm praying for a miracle!
