I've been up all night

I havnt been able to sleep and have felt horrible. I have heart burn and the only place I don't feel like puking is on the toilet! I go to lay down the heart burn gets worse! I'm so tried every few days I can get some sleep but last night was the worse yet..dose this mean labors close or and going to have to suffer for the rest of the pregnancy I'm exactly 38 weeks today....I can't take it anymore I'm almost in tears I just want pregnancy to be over now.
