Going through another miscarriage 😩😔

This is my second one within a year, have been trying for just over a year. My hubby keeps telling me not to blame myself.. But how can I not.  We've been seeing a fertility specialist and we've already found a couple things wrong with me that effect fertility. :( so it's hard not to blame myself. This is so heartbreaking. I don't want to feel like this again. :( I have no motivation.. Just feel like my body wants to shut down and lay in bed for days. :( why me... I am a firm believer in karma. I am a good person. What did I do to deserve this. :(
